“We need not be afraid to touch, to feel, to show emotion. The easiest thing in the world is to be what you are, what you feel. The hardest thing to be is what other people want you to be.”
This new “then and now” challenge has made me really glad I gave up smoking/hard drinking/illicit substances years ago lol.
That shit really does age you like milk (no bully, but it’s kind of an undeniable fact sorry >_>
I’ve seen people younger than me with so much skin damage and fine lines, like pls stop and take care of yourself, you’re supposed to be a vibrant youth !! You never know what you’ve got until it’s too late, cell turnover rate and collagen production begins to decline at 25, you only have so much time !!
Skin care is so, so important, too. Hydration, exfoliation, phytonutrients, probiotics, etc
The only significant change I’ve seen in my appearance is less padding beneath my eyes and on my cheekbones, but there’s always filler for that down the road if it becomes more noticeable, I only really see it when I lose a bit of weight.
I’m going to do my best to see it through naturally, but I’m only human lol
Here’s hoping vegan superpowers are a real (mostly superficial) thing B)
I was told recently about a school that was shamed into changing its school motto. The motto was “I hear, I see, I learn.” Nothing wrong with that per se. Unfortunately the motto was in Latin, and the Latin for “I hear, I see, I learn” is “audio, video, disco”.
What the fuck that’s the best school motto ever change it back
